Since 2015, Mark Leuba served as Vice President of product management for 1EdTech, the non-profit membership collaborative leading open, interoperable EdTech data standards such as Open Badges, the Comprehensive Learner Record and other verifiable skills-based credentials. In 2026 Mark turned his attention exclusively to strategic consulting.
Before 1EdTech, as Managing Director of Pathway-DX, Mark provided consulting and advisory services to leading philanthropies, tech developers and institutions. Previously, Mark held successful leadership roles in education, software and consumer publishing.
Senior vice-president and CIO for American Public University System, responsible for building the technology foundation for APUS’ accreditation and robust growth.
